Delicious! Had the unagi don and the dish came out with hot cooked eel that wasn't drowning in sauce. And great portion of it. My daughter had a wonderful poke bowl and boba drink. Everyone was so nice and smiling as well.

Food was SO GOOD! very authentic and a bang for your buck. We enjoyed the service and food. Worker was very nice. One dislike was the loud music from the gym next door, but just bring some headphones or ignore it! The food it worth it!

The food was incredibly fresh and they provided a lot of menu options and customizations. The staff were also very helpful for first time poke bowl enjoyers. The art was also quite nice as well. Would definitely eat there again and again!

Poke Factory absolutely blew me away! I had the shrimp tempura with udon, and it was a 10/10 experience — the tempura was perfectly crispy and fresh, and the udon broth was rich, comforting, and bursting with umami in every sip. We also tried the spicy pork with rice, which was hearty and satisfying, but what really stood out was the miso soup — hands down one of the best I’ve had. And just when I thought the meal couldn’t get any better, the cookies and cream boba, the perfect sweet finish to an already incredible food.

Probably one of the best poke spots we’ve been to! Not only is it an easy to follow ordering system for those that get overwhelmed by it, but also right on it when it comes to customer service and welcoming! Food was super fresh, flavors of ingredients were right on too! Spicy tuna actually had a kick to it and wasn’t over salted as most places make it, great taste to it as well. Sauces and topping options were very good too! Serving sizes are quite good. We got the medium size bowl and it was a lot of food! Great prices too! This will be our poke spot from now on!!
